Belle Rock Entertainment is committed to permission-based e-mail marketing practices, and as a result has established this zero-tolerance Anti-Spam Policy. We do not encourage use of Spam for any purpose what-so-ever.
Please read the following agreement to learn about where Online Casino Lucky Nugget stands when it comes to online Spam. The use of such techniques does not work with our objective of providing our players with the most enjoyable online casinos experience, and we will acts upon any wrongful use of online communication.

To ensure our emails are legal, Belle Rock Entertainment, and Online Casino Lucky Nugget, will:

- Ensure that the "From" line is not a sales pitch or marketing message.

We do not commit any of the following e-mail offences:
- use or contain invalid or forged headers;
- use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
- employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path;
- use other means of deceptive addressing;
- use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party;
- contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content;
- fail to comply with additional policies and procedures described below.

Belle Rock Entertainment imposes penalties on Affiliates who do not comply:
If Belle Rock Entertainment or our Clients confirm that our Affiliates are guilty of sending unsolicited Spam, we may, without notice, take such action as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. We will protect our online casino players in all costs, and we will not allow aggressive marketing on their expense. Please note.
If you are an online casino player, know that you have nothing to worry about and supplying us with email address will result in relevant and needed email communication alone. As an Affiliate, know that we will not tolerate any use of Spam techniques.
On receiving notification of a valid Spam complaint, and it is the first complaint of this nature, we will issue Affiliates with a warning and advise them to conform to the Federal Trade Commission CANSpam Act. On receiving notification of a second Spam complaint, we will immediately withhold any payment and terminate any Affiliate account linked to transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.
